I’ve been here 2 times already, both times I’ve left feeling very relaxed. I had the 90 min combination massages both times, which they incorporate hot stone, deep tissue and foot massage for only $75!
If you’re looking for a fancy place, this isn’t it. The rooms are tight, you can hear other people’s conversations, the masseuse barely converses with you, and the “doors” are only curtains BUT the massages are worth it. The staff are professional, quiet, and use hot towels to clean off the massage oils at the end. Left feeling very relaxed, I will be back again.
POSITIVE UPDATE: Today I got a massage with Steven and it was truly the BEST massage I’ve ever gotten. Thanks to him I’m adjusting my 1 star review to a 5 star review. I would give this massage 10 stars if I could.
This was sadly the worst massage I’ve ever had. It seemed as if this was the first massage the masseuse had ever given. I asked for more pressure multiple times but it felt like I was being massaged by a feather at best. She moved VERY slowly and left the room for long periods of time, which took away from the massage time. I love a nice massage but I couldn’t wait for it to end.
I’ve been here many many times and overall have had good experiences. But I have to say that things have gotten worse. I went for a 90-Min combination massage yesterday and about an hour into the massage she sneezed on my bare back. I could feel the droplets land on me! I was so shocked! She made no attempt to apologize. It was disgusting! Then as I was leaving the $80 price went up to $88 because I was using a card. I didn’t protest this even though $8 processing fee is absurd. The last straw was when he told me the minimum tip was 20%! Tip is up ALWAYS up to the discretion of the customer. I was astonished and made him give a 15% tip instead of 20%. She was lucky to even receive that much. I won’t ever be back and do not recommend.
I'm not sure why this place has such high review. Everything about this place is awful. The front desk is very rude and treat customers very bad. The organization is bad. There is no waiting area. They put the massage equipment and hot stone outside on the floor.
They take advantage of classpass partnership to not honor appointments.
Save yourself a bad experience and stay away from this place!!
Not sure why this place has such good reviews. There is no proper waiting area, you can do hear what's going on in the rooms next to you, they cover you in an old seeming huge green towel. And the woman who massaged me gave an obvious negative response to my tip. I'd skip this place.
UPDATE: I came here again after booking on class pass and not realizing it was this place. This time I couldn’t hear as much from the other rooms. The massage was just okay. More pain then feeling good. When I went to tip they told me there is a minimum of a 20% tip….um no? Sorry you can’t tell me that what to tip for a sub par massage. So I said no and he ultimately let me tip what I thought was fair. Again, in front of me the woman had a negative reaction.
Also, the woman doing the massage openly coughed on my back with no apology.

Truly awful. I don’t think the masseuse is trained at all and they just hired anyone to do the job. I mean how hard is it to give a massage right? Let’s hire anyone! She used her elbows on my spine and literally every bone she could find on my back successfully avoiding all the muscles. Total disaster!
pretty sure the person who massaged me doesn’t have a proper license to do so. This was one of the worst massages I’ve ever gotten. It was so painful and I feel more tense than I did before. Definitely will not be coming again.
The person who massaged me didn’t know English. I went in for a 30 minute back rub, but she was massaging my foot. I was very confused. 15 mins in, I clarified it with her, with the help of the receptionist. She started massaging my back with my clothes on. I was very confused. It was hurting. I tried communicating with her to reduce the pressure but she did not understand. I ended up with my skin completely irritated because of the back rub on top of my clothes and they charged me 40$ for this painful experience. I do not recommend this place. And also my massage was done completely with the curtain open. It wasn’t even a private space. Very disappointed.
